Nick, my brother in-law, has been selected as a Zuda Comics competitor for the month of December for his comic, Pray for Death! And he needs YOUR help to win!

WHAT IS THIS ZUDA COMICS YOU SPEAK OF?
Zuda Comics is a brand new online comic book publishing company, which is a division of DC Comics. DC Comics is the publisher that publishes Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and many more high profile comic books.

AND WHAT IS THIS COMPETITION?
Zuda has elected to select its comics for publishing by holding monthly competitions. Every month, Zuda selects ten comics that they think are worthy of being published online on a weekly basis. At the end of the month, the comic that the online community has deemed the most worthy wins a PAID contract to produce more online content for ONE YEAR! This is a huge opportunity for Nick, or any other comic book creator!

HOW CAN I HELP NICK WIN THE COMPETITION?
The biggest help you can give Nick is registering on www.zudacomics.com and voting for his comic as your favorite. Ratings, page views, how many times it’s marked as a favorite, and the amount of times the comic is sent to a friend via their website also helps.

OKAY. CAN YOU, IN SIMPLE DIRECTIONS, TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO?
Sure. I’ll even give you a numbered list.


1. Go to www.zudacomics.com and register as a user. All it needs is a username, email, first name, last name, and a birthday. You’ll receive a weblink in an email you’ll need to click on to finalize your account. (As the site is in beta, registering can have some bugs. Please be patient and keep trying if you encounter any. GMail and Hotmail accounts seem to functioning the best.)

2. On the home page, you will see a list of competitors. Click on the comic with the title Pray for Death.

3. On the right side bar, under “Comic Information,” click on “Vote,” to cast your vote.

4. In the same side bar, under “Rate this Comic,” click on the star all the way to the right in order to rate it five stars.

5. In the same side bar, click the button “Add to Favorites.”

6. In the same side bar, click “Send to a Friend.” Add all your friends email addresses in the “Send to Email” box, separated by commas. Write a personal note and click “Submit.”

7. Oh. Read the comic. And come back every few days and read it again. Every page view counts.



The competition closes on December 28 at noon, Eastern time, so don’t delay. Starting off the competition in first place helps draw attention to it. So don’t wait until the end; vote now!

And remember, you can only vote once! So if you click on another comics “Vote” button after you voted for Nick, you have changed your vote.
